KCT Business School conducted the Entrepreneurship Development Program, the training for one of the best scheme offered by Government of Tamilnadu, NEEDS, for entrepreneurs for 25 days from September 20 to October 24, 2017. An Entrepreneur Development Program for 11 women tailors was jointly organized by Shanti Ashram and KCT. BS on October 10, 2017. The capacity building program had 2 sessions. The first session was on Confidence building which was facilitated by Ms. Deepa. M, Assistant Professor, SoHR. Rohit Halwai, Alumni (Batch 2015-17) who is currently working at Grant Thornton India LLP shared his experience at the company and the industry expectations.
