As part of the Founder’s Day Celebrations, KCT Business School, Department of Fashion Technology ,KCT and Department of Handloom and Textiles, Government of Tamil Nadu organized an inter-institution Brand Logo Design Contest for Kovai Kora Cotton Saree on March 21, 2019. Around 114 teams consisting of 228 members registered for the contest. The event was sponsored by State Department of Handlooms & Textiles. Shreedharan, Assistant Director of Handlooms & Textiles, Tamil Nadu State Department and staff on developing brand logo design for Kovai Kora Cotton Saree. Kovai Kora Cotton Saree is woven from a blend of superior quality cotton yarn mixed with traditional silk.
