On April 26th 2017, KCT.BS hosted a full-day workshop entitled “Multivariate Analysis for Business Research” for the students of Batch 2016-18. A session of the program focusing on “Cluster Analysis” was facilitated by a guest speaker, Dr. S. Murugappan, Professor, School of Management Studies, Bannari Amman Institute of Technology. Dr. S. A one day workshop on Developing Selling Skills was organized for select students of I MBA (2016-2018) batch on April 28, 2017. The workshop was conducted by Mr. Sumanth Bakshi, a professional trainer in selling practices and tactics. The session was conducted for 60 students who were inclined to choose marketing and sales as their career. The workshop hosted sessions including sales process and negotiations, Objection handling, Sales etiquettes and development of selling skills. The workshop was coordinated by Dr. V.Kaarthiekheyan, Associate Professor, CoM.

A case based workshop on “Multivariate Analysis” was organized and conducted on April 10, 2017 for I MBA students of batch 2016-18. The workshop by facilitated by renowned author/ academician Dr. Rajendra Nargundkar, Professor in Marketing, Indian Institute of Management, Indore. The session concentrated on understanding about data structures, data survey and questionnaire designing for various applications of multivariate analysis. KCT.BS organized “Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Program” – a Two day certification program on April 12 &13, 2017. It was facilitated by Mr. J. Senthilvel, Technical Manager at CADD Centre and Business Manager, Synergy School of Business Skills, Coimbatore for the IMBA and M.E Industrial engineering students of KCT.
