Students of Design Thinking course were taken for a nature trek to learn biomimicry – to imitate models, systems and elements found in nature to solve human problems. The trek was planned and organized by Sherjin Joel, KCT.BS Alumni (2009-11). The two days program includes hills trek, bird watching, night walk, stream walk and watching documentaries. Prof G K Suresh facilitated a guest lecture on topic titled ” Application of Analytics at ITC ” for the Business Intelligence students of KCT. BS on February 20, 2018. 82 participants attended the guest lecture. Students found the guest lecture very useful. They were especially amazed how the optimization of pricing of Ashirwaad atta was done using Analytics.
