Guest Lecture on Fundamental Analysis and Choice of Investments was organized for the batch 2016-18 finance elective students on September 11, 2017. The resource person was Mr. Gowtham.D Authorized Partner, Zerodha Securities Pvt. Ltd, Coimbatore. He discussed about the Basics of Capital Markets & its Operations, Performing Fundamental Analysis for Investments and Performing Technical Analysis for Investments. Around 30 students attended the lecture. Sowmiya.R was the student coordinator for the lecture and Dr.A.Senthil Kumar, Assistant Professor (SRG), School of Finance was the faculty coordinator.

A guest lecture on Investment Opportunities in Indian Capital Market was conducted on August 21, 2017. The resource person Mr.K.Thangaraj, Senior Associate, Lotus Knowlwealth, Mumbai addressed on the basic functions and products available for investment in the Indian capital market. The 67 participants from I & II year MBA interacted with the resource person on the importance of savings and impact of inflation on the wealth creation process.
