KCT Business School is now an institutional member of NHRD Coimbatore. To start with the initiatives of NHRD, a guest talk on HRM was organized on February 3, 2022, to enlighten the I MBA students. The guest speaker was Mr. Arun, the Vice President of NHRD Coimbatore chapter, he spoke about the importance of HR managers, their roles during the pandemic and how the HR field is growing for the development of an organization. 132 students of I MBA (Batch 2021-23) attended the guest lecture organized by Dr. Deepa M, Assistant Professor-HR.
