Research Funds A project grant of Rs.12,50,000 is sanctioned by Indira Gandhi National Centre for Arts' , Atmanirbhar Bharath Centre for Design (ABCD) to  the KCT team - Shri. Shankar Vanavarayar, Joint Correspondent, Dr .G. Ramakrishnan, HOD-FT, Dr. B. Poongodi, Assistant Professor and Mr. Saravanan C, Project Manager, for the project titled "Jamakalam".

The XXI Board of Studies meeting of KCT Business School was scheduled and conducted on August  28, 2021 for proposing two new courses viz., a) MBA- Project Management and b) MBA- Agri Business Management. The meeting was hoisted by representative from Anna University, stakeholders from various industry domains and premier academic institutions. The curriculum, syllabi and regulations were presented and deliberated to fulfill the requirements of the course curriculum. The programme was coordinated by Dr. V. Kaarthiekheyan, Associate Professor – KCTBS.

Kumaraguru College of Technology, RAF signed an MoU with Indira Gandhi National Centre for Arts' , Atmanirbhar Bharath Centre for Design (ABCD) for a 3 month show on Project Jamakalam at Barrack 1, Red Fort, New Delhi. ABCD focus is on Education, Economy, Arts of GI products.  An MoU in this regard is signed between IGNCA and KCT(RAF) on 29 July 2021.
