The primary objective of the webinar was to educate the students to manage and share research papers and generate bibliographies for scholarly articles. He shared his personal experience on developing one’s personality, attitude, and how to acknowledge their strength in professional and personal life. The participants were presented with normal day to day items like bobby pins and boots and find alternative uses for it. The participants were given 30 sec to come up with as many innovative ideas as possible. Event-Pioneer on April 2, 2021 An Operations and HR oriented brainstorming game, The event consisted of three rounds.  In the first round, Sequencia, the sequence of Human Resource Management was shuffled and presented to the participants in the PPT and 60 seconds was provided to rearrange it in correct sequence.
