KCT Business School organised ‘Case Conclave 2023’ in knowledge partnership with The Case Centre, UK on June 8, 2023. The programme was coordinated by the KCTBS faculty members, Dr. K.R.Senthilvelkumar and Dr. P.Thamarai Selvi. The programme began with the Opening Remarks delivered by Dr. K.R.Senthilvelkumar who explained the objective of the conclave and how the case authors can make use of this opportunity to list their respective cases online creating global visibility for their work. Dr. Mary Cherian, HoD, KCT Business School delivered the Welcome Address extending a warm welcome to all the participants and highlighting the significance of case method in business school teaching and learning. The inaugural address was delivered by Ms. Vicky Lester, CEO, The Case Centre, UK who explained the support offered by her organisation for case teaching as well as for developing new cases.  This was followed by Case Presentations by KCTBS and external B-School faculty members. The list of presenters and the case titles are given below. Dr. K.R.Senthilvelkumar and Dr. P. Thamarai Selvi were the moderators for the case presentations. After each presentation, suggestions for further improvement of the case were discussed. The questions raised by the audience were answered by the case presenters.

At the end of the case presentations, Ms. Vicky Lester, CEO, The Case Centre, UK delivered the Valedictory Address. She advised the case authors to refer to the guidelines provided on their website for improving their cases and the respective teaching notes. She highlighted the specific guidance available for the case authors to develop, improve, publish and distribute their work globally. Dr. P. Thamarai Selvi proposed a Vote of Thanks remembering the contributions made by each one towards organising this conclave successfully. The programme ended with Dr. K.R.Senthilvelkumar requesting all the case authors to revise their respective cases based on the review comments provided earlier and submit their work for further processing for online listing.
