Mr.Ashish, Alumni 2007-2009 batch was in the campus on March 14, 2018 for interacting with Organizational Behavior course students on “My Team, MY Success”. It was a highly interactive session as he shared his experience of handling a team of 12 members in his work place, HCL, Coimbatore. He spoke about team and its importance. During his interactive talk he said an organization will be successful, if the teams are kept motivated. The success of any organization depends upon the team strength for which mutual trust and team cohesiveness is very important. He also stressed the importance of good personal relationship and effective communication in a team. The Alumni Talk was coordinated by Ms.Deepa Manickam, Assistant Professor, Centre of HR.
