Objectives of the centre

The centre for HR is devoted to developing domain expert HR professionals and to develop strong partnerships between industry and academia. The centre aims at promoting excellence in manpower across the various Business school stakeholder groups through training programs. The centre shall actively engage itself in consulting assignments relating to competency mapping, culture building and corporate visioning. Designing and developing systems and processes are also within the purview of the HR centre. The Centre brings together corporate and faculty through Management Development Programs which mutually benefits in collaborative research and innovative advances in practice.
