Senthil Prakash is Assistant Professor in KCT Business School, Kumaraguru College of Technology, Coimbatore. He teaches Organizational Development and Transformation, T&D, Principals of Management and Economics for Business and into teaching for the past 4 years. He was into industry for 5 years worked in ICICI direct, Royal Bank of Scotland and Standard Chartered in various levels. He has graduated from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore with B.Com and also completed MBA in Human Resource Management and pursing doctorate from Bharathiar University. He has presented many papers in seminars, National and International conferences and participated in workshops in IIM’s. His subject areas of interest are Strategic Human Resource Management, Organizational Development and Training and Development. Interested research areas are into Job Embeddedness, Locus of Control and Employee productivity.
