As a part of Brand Management course a workshop on Brand Equity Estimation was organized on April 22, 2019. Mr. Sabari Gireesh, Executive Vice President, KANTAR IMRB, Chennai was invited to deliver the session. The speaker has almost 25 years of experience in Marketing research and carried, research projects in the field of Brand Equity, Market Segmentation, Brand Health Tracking studies and Customer Relationship Assessment. The platform provided inputs on the various concepts in brand management more specifically brand equity, brand equity models, brand signature, brand value and so on., The forum provided insights on methodology practiced and the application of brand dynamic model followed in estimating the brand equity. The speaker presented the brand equity values of leading brands and discussed the implication of such values by quoting live case studies in the field of FMCG. Around 42 students of batch 2018 – 2020 benefited out of this program. the overall program was coordinated by the student coordinator Mr. V.G Sanjay Kumar (I MBA) and Latha A, Assistant Professor, Centre of Marketing.
