Activity on change management was conducted as a part of HR forum on December 14, 2016. Organization is facing faster, more complex, more interdependent and more cross functional changes than ever before. Being able to deliver results on multiple changes allows an organization to achieve their strategic vision and thrive in today’s changing landscape. Applying change management enables organizations to deliver results on each change more effectively and build competencies that grow the organization’s capacity to tackle more changes at one time. Change Management activity through HR forum helped the students to apply the concepts what they have theoretically learned in the class. Ms. Deepa Manickam was the faculty coordinator and Ms.Rohini, IIMBA student was the student coordinator for the HR forum.
