Online Consumer Behaviour by Mr. Austin, PM, CEO of MaxValue Talent Central on September 30, 2016
Mr. Austin, PM, CEO of MaxValue Talent Central, deliberated on the science behind online consumer behavior to II MBA students specializing in Marketing on September 30, 2016. In his speech he spoke about companies’ role in developing user habits. The user habits can be created by using consumer desire which has to be manufactured. While lecturing on manufacturing desire, he quoted how brain responds to various stimuli and the secretion of dopamine. Later on, the four components that contribute for consumer analytics were discussed as proposed by Nir Iyal in his book titled “Hook”. Ms.Sowbarnika, (15MBA076), II MBA, coordinated the event.
